Sooo...

I'm already finished with my emotion project!

So, as you can see, it's sort of a crazy piece. I have lines of paint going every which way, and paint splatters everywhere. I did this because I think love can be messy (in a non-perverted way, thank you). Not all love is going to be perfect, it's always going to have its ups and downs, and it's always going to have some not so good areas.

I also put sheet music on it with lyrics that portray that feeling of love. The song is "Bottle It Up" by Sara Bareilles. Besides the fact that I really like her as an artist (music-wise), I also thought the music lyrics would be a good way to show the emotion of love. Music is a really good way to express your feelings, and most song writers write about love or someone they love.

Then of course there's the drawing of the hands. I thought it would be fitting, since most couples hold hands as a sign of affection and togetherness. It symbolizes the two coming together as one, and love is a shared emotion.

And finally, the ambiguous statement, "Love is...". I added this because love can be anything. It can mean several different things and felt in different ways toward either a person, possession, anything.
